Rock vs. Window

Up by Harvey West Park, we had an incident of a window being smashed in the middle of the night. If you watch the video you can see the window actually smashing.  We determined that the rock came from across the street and was thrown by a homeless car camper who had a history of previous run-ins with the business. The perp was arrested by SCPD with the help of this and other footage showing the car.
